Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management across multiple hospitality sites
• Support and drive the delivery of the overall people strategy in line with business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation
• Lead on recruitment, talent development, and succession planning across the business
• Support line managers in building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement
• Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve performance
• Drive consistency in HR processes, policies, and procedures across all locations
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives within a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company policies
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals
• Extensive experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across multiple locations or business units
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
