Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the performance of a network of retail stores across Leinster
• Drive sales, margin, and profitability across all locations
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and senior store teams
• Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer experience, and brand execution
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, implementing improvements where required
• Drive efficiency across labour, stock management, and cost control
• Work closely with senior leadership on business planning and expansion strategies
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role (Head of Retail, Retail Director, or similar)
• Strong multi-site management experience within grocery or high-volume retail
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance across a large retail network
• Experience leading and developing senior management teams
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational delivery
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple sites
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
