Multidrop Rigid Driver

€180 - €193 Transport and Logistics Cork
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Rigid Truck Driver for a well-established wholesale distribution company based in Cork.
This is a full-time, permanent role, with regular multidrop deliveries across Cork and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid C licence, CPC, and tachograph card, with previous delivery experience and strong customer service skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €180 daily rate + €13.67 tax-free subsidy allowance
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out multidrop deliveries to wholesale and retail customers in Cork and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Load, unload, and check goods against delivery dockets.
  • Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to all road safety, RSA, and company compliance requirements.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain a professional attitude representing the company to customers.
Requirements
  • Full, clean C Licence (Rigid).
  • Up-to-date CPC and Tachograph card.
  • Previous multidrop delivery experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle manual lifting and operate pallet trucks if required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
