Salary: HSE Pay Scales for Social Care Worker
Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Excel Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker for a temporary, ongoing contract starting this September.

Our HSE client supports adults with mental health challenges using the Clubhouse model of rehabilitation, promoting recovery, community, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support members in achieving personal recovery goals

  • Facilitate group activities and daily Clubhouse operations

  • Promote social inclusion, skill-building, and empowerment

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Social Care or related discipline

  • Experience in mental health or community-based settings (desirable)

  • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

  • Eligible to work in Ireland (EU Passport / IRP STAMP 4 or 1G)
