Excel Recruitment is delighted to partner with a large, established retail group to recruit an experienced Baker for their Store in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for baking to join a leading retail brand, working in a professional and dynamic environment.

Pay rate of: €15ph – €17ph

Key Responsibilities of this Baker :

• Prepare and bake a wide range of high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch, ensuring all products meet the company’s exacting standards.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining product consistency and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation, following all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, check deliveries, and ensure all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.

Requirements of this Scratch Baker:

• Demonstrable experience in scratch baking, with the ability to produce a variety of baked goods to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
