Designate Deputy Store Manager

Our client, a leading and iconic Fashion, Home, and Food department store, is recruiting a Designate Deputy Store Manager to support several high-performing stores across Dublin. Known for outstanding customer service, this is a great opportunity to excel in a fast-paced retail environment spanning Fashion, Clothing, and home departments.

In this role, you will drive commercial performance and operational excellence across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities as Designate Deputy Store Manager

• Drive sales growth and profitability across Fashion and Home departments in key Dublin stores
• Support the General Manager in operational and commercial management of high-volume locations
• Lead and motivate department managers, supervisors, and sales staff to meet KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through service, product knowledge, and presentation
• Develop team performance via ongoing training, engagement, and leadership
• Analyse trading and P&L reports to implement effective action plans.

Skills and Requirements for this role

• Proven experience managing high-volume stores with a turnover exceeding
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage large teams of 30+ employees
• Must hold a valid driving licence and be comfortable travelling between major stores across Dublin
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills and experience in team development
• Results driven with strong skills in analysis and data interpretation

Package

• Competitive salary – 60k-65k DOE
• Flexible 4-day or 5 day working option (40 hours per week)
• 25 days annual leave
