Supermarket Store Manager – North Dublin

This is not your run-of-the-mill management gig we’re talking full store operations, fresh food focus, big teams, and serious opportunity.

Salary: €65k – €70k

What’s involved:

• Oversee and elevate fresh food departments – quality, standards & sales
• Manage, motivate & develop a large in-store team
• Drive store standards, operational excellence & customer experience
• Bring your revamp, relaunch or store reset experience to life
• Full P&L responsibility and strategic store leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Proven supermarket store management experience – ESSENTIAL
• Fresh food background
• Large team leadership & people development skills
• Someone hungry for a challenge, driven and commercially sharp
