Store Manager

Our client, a thriving and expanding Irish retail chain, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team in Dublin.

As the business continues to grow, both through an enhanced online presence and the introduction of new and exciting product categories, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded retail leader. Ideal candidates will bring strong operational expertise, a passion for people development, and a personable, engaging leadership style to help drive the next phase of the brand’s success.

This role is ideal for a Store Manager with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, whether in textiles, grocery, or non-food sectors, who is looking to join a company celebrated for its vibrant culture, inclusive atmosphere, and diverse range of quality products spanning fashion, gifts, and jewellery.

Responsibilities of this job include the following:

• Drive sales performance by maintaining high standards of in-store merchandising and visual presentation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a results-driven sales team to consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs.
• Understand your customer base and ensure their needs are met at every touchpoint to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring processes align with best practice and compliance standards.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach-actively working alongside your team to foster a strong, collaborative, and solution-focused culture.
• Recognise and reward team contributions through regular feedback, structured appraisals, and meaningful incentive programs.

Experience required for this job:

• 2-3 years of retail management / senior assistant management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally in fashion, non food or grocery retail.
• Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs.
• Proven experience in team recruitment, training, and development.
• Confident in maintaining high store standards and visual presentation.
• Excellent commercial and customer service skills.

Package:

• Competitive salary, 39k – 44k depending on experience
