Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard in line with kitchen guidelines

• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Support the kitchen team in delivering efficient, high-quality service

• Ensure food preparation and storage are managed properly

• Adapt to various kitchen styles, dietary needs, and service formats

What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Previous contract catering experience is beneficial but not essential

• HACCP and Manual Handling certification (training can be arranged)

• A flexible and professional approach to work

• A passion for food and high standards in the kitchen
