Key Responsibilities for this Wholesale Director job include:

• Take ownership of and lead the global wholesale strategy across both physical and digital channels.
• Proactively identify and establish new wholesale partnerships in key priority markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors to foster growth.
• Oversee global sales targets, create forecasts, and analyse performance metrics to drive success.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, develop pricing strategies, and manage profit margins effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure seasonal assortments align with market demands.
• Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing wholesale team as the business expands.

Requirements for this Wholesale Director job include:

• 4+ years of experience in wholesale, commercial, or B2B sales within premium or consumer brands.
• Proven success in growing wholesale revenue across multiple regions.
• Strong network of retail buyers and distributors, especially in Europe and/or the US.
• Skilled in using digital wholesale platforms effectively.
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong grasp of brand positioning and global market dynamics.
