Assistant Manager – Limerick

We have a very exciting opportunity come in for a sales & commercial focused Assistant Manager to join a premium retail environment in Limerick. This is a customer-centric business where high standards, KPI performance, and team development are at the heart of success.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Manager:

• Support day-to-day store operations with a focus on sales and service.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring service excellence.
• Drive KPI performance including conversion, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Train, develop, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Ensure store presentation and standards are consistently high.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to maximise business opportunities.

Key skills required for this Assistant Manager:

• 2-3+ years’ experience at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and KPI results.
• A hands-on leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience.
• Interest or experience in interiors, homeware, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
