Assistant Store Manager – Convenience Retail – Cork

Excel Recruitment is now hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Manager on behalf of a thriving convenience retailer in Cork. If you’re a natural people person with strong retail know-how and ready to take that next leadership step, this could be just the job for you.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team, manage daily store operations, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail management or supervisory experience (convenience or grocery preferred)
• Leads by example and brings great energy to the team
• Understands stock control, staff rostering, and merchandising
• Is customer-focused with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Has a good eye for detail and can keep a busy store running smoothly
