Store Manager – Cork City

Salary: €50k – €55k DOE

Our client is a leading player in the grocery retail market and is now looking to add an experienced Store Manager to their team. As Store Manager you will be tasked with promoting growth within the business, driving sales & high standards, monitoring budgets, and developing staff

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
• Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
• Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth and profitability of each store
• Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
• Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Previous experience managing a team of staff
• An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in-store
