Chef Work Responsibilities

• Prepare all food products as ordered and within the allotted times.
• Set up for serve by cleaning and washing raw food products.
• Prepare meat, fish, and poultry portions.
• Make cakes and sweets as needed.
• All food items should be labelled for food safety, shelf life, and HACCP guidelines. Waste management.
• Adhere to temperature and food safety regulations

Chef job requirements include:

• having prior experience and solid understanding acquired in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• FETAC or culinary qualifications, albeit not required
• Certification for HAACP procedures we are also providing training is Excel
