Excel Recruitment are looking for experienced landscapers for North Dublin area.

Job Description:
As an Experienced Landscaper, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of landscaping tasks, including hardscape and softscape installations, plant care, maintenance, and landscape construction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including planting, mulching, sod installation, and pruning

• Build and install hardscape features (e.g., patios, retaining walls, walkways)

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment

• Interpret landscape designs and plans

• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior crew members when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping experience

• Proficiency with landscaping tools and equipment

• Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, and landscape materials

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields

• Experience with irrigation systems and lighting installation

• Supervisory or crew lead experience
