Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Staff Grade Physiotherapist on behalf of a busy Acute Hospital in Kilkenny.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in an acute hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and discharge planning.
  • Assess, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Track patient progress, review and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans, mobility, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Essential:

  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (CORU registration essential).
  • Acute hospital post graduate experience is essential.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
