Retail Manager

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing retail chain for a Retail Manager role based in the Swords area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, structured retail environment and who can confidently lead, motivate, and develop a large team.

Please note: this role will suit candidates who can commute to the Swords area.

Key Responsibilities for this Retail Manager:

• Lead and inspire a large team to deliver strong sales and KPI performance.
• Drive a culture of excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Motivate, coach, and train your team to reach their full potential.
• Identify commercial opportunities to drive business performance.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.
• Support succession planning and conduct appraisals and development plans.

Candidate Requirements for this Retail Manager:

• 2-3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume non-food or fashion retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams of 10-15+.
• Highly KPI-driven with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent customer service and visual merchandising skills.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.
