Salary: €35k – €45k

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy supermarket
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on outstanding customer service and operational excellence
• Drive sales and profitability, ensuring strong merchandising, stock control, and waste management
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve store targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies
• Foster a positive working environment and strong team culture
• Report regularly to senior management and contribute to business planning and development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager in a supermarket or high-volume retail environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and efficiency
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
• Flexibility to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural and business environment
