Excel Recruitment is searching for a Dual Site Convenience Store Manager for our client based in Dublin.

Salary: €50k

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our client’s thriving network of convenience stores. This retailer is seeking a talented Store Manager to ensure excellent standards in-store. As a Dual Site Convenience Store Manager, you will need to have experience running a grocery retail store as well as a commitment to customer service.

This role would suit a talented Assistant Manager who is looking to progress their retail career and take full responsibility for the overall day-to-day running of the convenience retail store.

Your role and responsibilities:

• The overall day-to-day running of a busy convenience retail store
• Stock control and stock ordering, negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best margin
• Cash management procedures
• Opening and closing the store and attending alarm calls when necessary
• To achieve and control set targets on Sales, Wastage and Gross Profit as agreed with Store Owner
• To ensure Customer Service is of the highest standard
