Supermarket Manager – Limerick

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Supermarket Assistant Manager to join our client, a high-volume retail supermarket in Limerick.

Salary: €45k – €47k DOE

Our client is a hugely successful family run supermarket retailer who are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to lead their team.

This job would suit a commercially minded Supermarket Manager with a strong track record in driving sales and managing large teams of 50-60 staff.

Requirements:

• Capable of training, developing and motivating colleagues
• A proven track record of increasing sales and profits
• A passionate individual with previous grocery retail management experience
• A competitive retailer with a keen business sense and commercial acumen

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously maintaining excellent store standards
• Innovating and implementing new ideas to improve the running of the store
• Maximising store profit while controlling costs
• Overseeing the overall management of the store
• Setting exceptional customer service standards for all staff
• Surpassing KPIs and targets set by head office
