Deli Manager – Moycullen Co. Galway

Salary: €35k – €45k

This job would suit an experienced Deli Manager with a strong fresh food background who seeking career progression in one of Ireland’s leading retailers. You will be passionate about driving standards and leading a strong fresh food team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive standards and sales across various Fresh Food departments
• Upholding compliance with HACCP and Food Safety requirements
• Managing a team of fresh food staff
• Ordering and managing stock

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fresh foods is necessary
• Experienced in managing large teams
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
