Catering Supervisor – Cork City

Excel Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our client’s business as a Catering Supervisor. Our client is a leading grocery retailer located in Cork City

On offer is a competitive salary of up to €35k plus Monday-Friday early shifts

As Catering Supervisor, you will be tasked with overseeing daily operations of our client’s catering service,e including preparing orders, stock management, staff management, and ensuring an excellent customer service. This job would suit somebody with a food background, either catering, deli, or fast food.

Responsibilities:

• Drive standards and sales
• Upholding compliance with HACCP and Food Safety requirements
• Managing a team of fresh food staff
• Ordering and managing stock

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fresh foods necessary
• Experienced in managing large teams
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
