Store Manager – Wexford

We are seeking an experienced, high volume and hands on Store Manager to join a well-established, family-run business in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for retail and team management, looking to take on a hands-on role that focuses on driving store performance and delivering excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the shop floor, managing a team of 20+ staff, and ensuring that store standards and sales targets are met. You will also play a key role in stock management, product displays, and leading a team that is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager’s role:

• Manage a team of 20-25 staff members, providing leadership, training, and support.
• Ensure the store operates efficiently, maintaining high standards in both product displays and stock management.
• Engage with customers to ensure a 5 star shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing KPI’s.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and customer-friendly.
• Be hands-on in all areas of the business, from floor operations to team engagement.

Key Requirements for this Store Manager’s role:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume grocery, DIY or lifestyle store
• Strong people management skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• A hands-on approach to managing stock, sales, and customer engagement.
• A genuine passion for retail and working with people.
