Catering Assistant

13.50 per hourly Hotel & Catering Kerry

Excel Recruitment is seeking a hardworking and reliable Catering Assistant for an immediate start in the Kerry/Tralee area. This is a Temporary contract position, where you will be placed in various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and service, ensuring high-quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas
Restock and replenish food stations as needed
Follow HACCP procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Key Requirements:

Up-to-date Manual Handling and HACCP Certificates(training can be provided by Excel Recruitment if necessary).
Previous catering or hospitality experience (preferred)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
