Site Administrator – Galway

Excel Recruitment is thrilled to partner with one of Ireland’s most reputable residential developers to recruit a Site Administrator for a major project in Galway.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team on a long-term project offering genuine stability and support in your career.

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day site operations, document control, and compliance across BCAR and Zutec systems – perfect for someone highly organised with a keen eye for detail and experience in construction administration.

Responsibilities for Site Administrator

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of ancillary certs for BCAR
• Upload and manage documentation through Zutec and keep records up to date for sign-off
• Act as first point of contact for all Zutec-related queries – including training subcontractors and granting access permissions
• Support the wider site team with minute taking, document control and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards to support BCAR handover and progress reporting
• Help induct subcontractors onsite (face recognition and sign-in) when Health & Safety is offsite
• Liaise with internal teams like Utilities Coordination to ensure seamless unit handovers
• Keep site office stocked and organised with inventory orders

Requirements for Site Administrator

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar admin role – construction experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable learning new systems (Zutec, Dynamics 365)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a knack for multi-tasking
• Confident communicator and team player with a “can-do” attitude
