Catering Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Food Prep: Assist in food preparation and ensure high-quality presentation of all dishes.
* HACCP Adherence: Strictly follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
* Cleanliness: Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and dining areas spotless.
* Support the Team: Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Adaptability: Be ready to work in a variety of different workplaces and shifts.

What You’ll Need:
* Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certifications (training can be provided if necessary).
* Experience in catering or kitchen environments (ideal but not required).
* Flexibility to work on a temporary/ongoing basis and cover shifts as needed.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
