- Experience in stock control and stock management is essential
- Ensure the implementation of food safety standards and H.A.C.C.P.
- Train staff per company policies and procedures
- Resolve any customer queries or complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain the deli area to a high standard per company planograms
- Experience within fresh food industry desirable
