His impressive track record and broad expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team. Luca’s professional journey began with Excel Recruitment, and since then, he has expanded his reach across continents, facilitating successful placements of key senior hires in prominent financial hubs such as Ireland, London, Singapore, New York, and beyond. His strategic acumen has facilitated many key hires, team buildouts, and exclusive placements, showcasing his dedication to fostering mutually beneficial outcomes for all involved.
