Weekend Coordinator

Location: Dublin / Hybrid
Hours: 21 hours per week
Shifts:
Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 6:30am – 9:00am and 4:30pm – 9:00pm
Sunday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
The Role
We are seeking a Weekend Recruitment Consultant to support our temporary staffing division outside of regular office hours. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients and healthcare professionals over the weekend, ensuring all bookings are managed efficiently and without delay.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You will play an essential part in ensuring healthcare facilities are fully staffed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all calls, texts, and emails from clients and candidates during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate and confirm temporary Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Nurse bookings quickly and accurately.
- Manage and update bookings through the company’s Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Maintain clear communication with clients and temporary staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
- Prioritise and manage multiple requests in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- Escalate urgent issues or unfilled shifts to the weekday recruitment team when required.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or workforce coordination is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking or vendor management systems.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
