We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in the heart of our FMCG supply chain client. This is a hands-on leadership role where speed, accuracy, and efficiency are everything.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver against KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control, and minimise shrinkage.

• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet customer and retail demands.

• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process, and people management.

• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Work closely with transport, logistics, and production teams to keep the supply chain moving.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in warehouse management within an FMCG or fast-paced distribution environment.

• Strong leadership skills – able to build, develop, and manage teams.

• Excellent understanding of WMS and stock control processes.

• Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service.

• Ability to work under pressure while staying calm, organised, and solution-focused.
