Waiting Staff – Midleton

We are currently recruiting experienced and professional Waiting Staff to support a range of events in Midleton. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in catering and hospitality who can deliver excellent service in fast-paced, high-standard event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and efficient table service at events and functions
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
• Assist with food and beverage service, including tray service where required
• Work closely with the catering and events team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout events
• Adhere to all food safety and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in waiting or catering roles, ideally within events or functions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
• HACCP certification required (training can be arranged)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
