Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Retail

If you have 2 years’ retail experience and strong administration skills and are looking to step into a new career and are eager to step into a fast paced and challanging environment, this might be the next step for you.

What you will do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn everything you need to succeed, including:

• Finding great people: Source candidates through job boards, our extensive database, reach outs and professional networking.
• Building relationships: Connect with candidates and clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their career journeys.
• Full recruitment process: Manage everything from job adverts and CV reviews to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Sales & business development: Work towards targets, develop new client relationships, and grow your own desk with the support of our experienced team.
• Marketing & branding: Write engaging job ads and promote opportunities to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience: 2-3 years in fashion, non-food, or fast-paced retail environments.
• Sales & target-driven mindset: A natural flair for selling, upselling, or achieving KPIs.
• People skills: Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ambition & drive: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a competitive, rewarding environment.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using online platforms and social media to connect with people.
• Knowledge and passion for retail and having the ability to represent each job
