Trainee Recruiter – Grocery Industry

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment, with full training, mentorship, and ongoing support provided by an experienced and successful team.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: €30k – €35k plus commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Recruitment Consultants with sourcing and screening top-quality candidates for grocery retail roles
• Write engaging job adverts and manage job postings across multiple platforms
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and build strong relationships with job seekers
• Support consultants in matching candidates with suitable opportunities
• Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate records on the recruitment database
• Learn to manage client relationships and understand their staffing needs over time
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the grocery division

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grocery retail, sales, customer service, or administration is an advantage
• A passion for people, recruitment, and the grocery retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
