Trainee Manager – Meath

The ideal candidate is an individual with previous grocery retail experience and has a hard-working attitude. They must be able to delegate and communicate effectively to their team and lead by example. They must have a passion for food and delivering the best possible customer service.

Our client is offering a generous salary package of €30K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team and delegate tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with other management
• Stock management and control
• Motivate and drive team
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous grocery retail management experience desirable
• Great attitude
• Ensure high standard of customer service
