Trainee Manager

Salary: €32k – €35k

Responsibilities of this Trainee Manager:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service
• Support staff training and development while driving sales performance
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering and replenishment
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements of this Trainee Manager:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
