  • 3+ years’ experience working in temporary staffing, knowledge of recruitment databases, and background in hospitality .

Your Day-to-Day Temporary Staff Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Running a Busy Temp Desk from End-to-End: Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Working Across Live Roles: Efficiently fill bookings for clients by matching the right talent to the right roles.
  • Prioritising Duties: Focus on revenue-generating tasks to maximise business growth and profitability.
  • Take Responsibility for Payroll and Compliance: Ensure all payroll processes and compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
