Team Manager – Retail

Our client, a diverse leading fashion retailer is seeking to recruit ambitious retail managers who are passionate about building their career within a large successful retail chain for their Dublin stores.

**Full clean driving licence is essential**

Responsibilities for the job or Team Manager:

• Driving sales and KPI’s throughout the store.
• Supporting the store manager in the general day to day running of the store.
• Staff training and development in all aspects of the customer experience, including visuals, brand and product knowledge.
• Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Analyse trading reports ensuring product sell-through, availability, and profitability.

Requirements for the job of Team Manager:

• 2+ years of people management skills within fashion or similar
• An interest in fashion retail and the want to develop a career in fashion management.
• Experience in managing, leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of colleagues.
• Strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to drive sales.
• A proven record of commercial success.
• Full driver’s license.
