About the Role
Excel Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dependable Experienced Support Worker to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals across the Greater Belfast area. In this role, you will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being through person-centred care.

Responsibilities of a Support Worker

• Provide clinical support as required.
• Deliver safe, effective, and high-standard care to service users.
• Encourage and promote independence wherever possible.
• Always maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 6 months Health and Social Care experience, including at least 3 months in the UK.
• NISCC registration, or willingness to register.
• Mandatory training completed or willing to undertake.
