Supervisor – Sports Fashion

Our client, a leading UK sports/fashion retailer with a dominant presence in the Irish market is seeking an experienced Supervisor for their busy store in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.

With stores across the UK and Ireland and known for their selection of the biggest brands, this is a wonderful job opportunity for a strong people leader with strong operational and commercial experience in fashion/non-food retailing.

This job opportunity will suit a people leader with excellent commercial and operational acumen coupled with the ability to lead and motivate a strong sales team to achieve all set and agreed KPI’s.

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Previous supervisory experience in fashion/non-food/grocery retail coupled with an interest in sports fashion
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proven record in delivering on sales targets and KPI’s
• Self-motivated and energetic with a hands-on approach

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Ensure excellent retail store standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times
• Mentor, motivate, and develop a strong sales team
• Communicate and achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent product knowledge to all customers
• Carry out regular team briefs on sales, deliveries, and product knowledge
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Ensure the store is well merchandised in accordance to company plan
