Store Supervisor – Kildare

We are recruiting for a Store Supervisor to join a busy and customer-focused retail business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail, convenience, supermarket or forecourt experience who enjoys leading teams, delivering great customer service and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operation of a busy retail store.
• Lead and motivate team members during shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Support cash handling, till procedures and store security.
• Assist with stock control, deliveries and inventory management.
• Ensure health & safety and company standards are maintained.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Support the training and development of team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, convenience or forecourt retail.
• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A positive and hands-on approach to leadership.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
