Supermarket Store Manager- Co. Wicklow

Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a high-volume supermarket in Co. Wicklow.

This role offers an incredible package for the right candidate along with full autonomy of the Store.

Salary: €95K-€100K

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a large management and in-store team
• Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and cost control
• Deliver best-in-class standards across fresh, grocery, and front-end operations
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies
• Build strong relationships with local community and key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a large-format supermarket
• Experience in leading large teams
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
• Ability to manage high turnover and complex operations
