Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, margin, and profitability
• Lead, develop, and motivate a large team to deliver strong results
• Maintain exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and store operations
• Monitor and analyse key KPIs, implementing action plans to drive performance
• Manage labour, stock control, and cost efficiency across the business
• Ensure high standards in customer service and overall shopping experience
• Maintain full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within grocery or high-volume retail
• Experience managing high-turnover stores and delivering strong commercial performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability
• Passion for fresh food and maintaining exceptional store standards
• A hands-on leadership style with excellent organisational and communication skills
