Supermarket Store Manager – Co. Tipperary

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume Supermarket in Co. Tipperary.

This role offers a competitive salary, full operational autonomy and the opportunity to lead a high-performing supermarket store.

Salary: 65K- 70K

Key Responsibilities of this Job:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations
• Drive sales growth, margin performance, and cost control
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large in-store management and staff team
• Maintain exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end departments
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Deliver strong commercial results while maintaining a positive customer experience

Key Requirements of this Job:

• Proven experience managing a supermarket or large-format retail store
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs
• Experience leading sizeable teams in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
• Strong operational and financial awareness
