Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of P&L performance, driving sales, margin, and profitability across all departments
  * Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-department team, building a high-performance culture
  * Deliver best-in-class standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end operations
  * Use commercial insight and KPI analysis to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans
  * Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock control, labour planning, and cost management
  * Champion an exceptional customer experience, ensuring consistency and quality across the store
  * Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Store Manager / General Manager in a high-volume supermarket or large-format retail environment
  * Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results at scale
  * Experience leading large teams and senior management structures
  * A hands-on, visible leader who drives performance on the shop floor
  * Strong understanding of fresh food retail and high-volume operations
  * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
