Junior Supermarket Manager

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a Junior Supermarket Manager for a busy supermarket in Dublin.

What This Role Offers?

• Hourly Rate- €15.00 p/h plus extra allowances

This role is ideal for someone with strong retail experience who is eager to step up, learn quickly, and build a long-term career in supermarket management.

The Role:

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Learn and assist with sales, margin, labour, and stock control
• Help maintain high standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end departments
• Lead and support teams on the shop floor, ensuring strong customer service and availability
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and waste control
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate

• Stamp 4 or EU Passport
• Previous experience in retail or supermarket environment
• Strong work ethic with a desire to progress into management
• Good understanding of store operations and customer service
• Excellent communication and team leadership potential
• A hands-on, proactive approach to work
