Supermarket Duty Manager – Dublin

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management team with day‑to‑day operations. You’ll help lead staff, maintain high store standards, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Salary: €42k plus bonus and company pension

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure strong standards in merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash management, and security
• Resolve customer queries and maintain a positive store environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Drive sales and support KPI achievement across departments

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
