Revamp Manager

We here at Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Revamp Manager for our client.

This role is nationwide and will require you to have a history of revamping stores and managing new store refits/development. This fantastic role would suit a Store Development Manager/Store Manager/ Store Project Manager/ Store Revamp Manager.

Salary €50k – €55k

Responsibilities of this Revamp Manager :

• Ensure the health and safety, of employee welfare at work during revamp
• To work in a team of relevant Account Managers and Fresh Food Advisors assigned to each store – communication is key
• Give the best advice to retailers on all aspects of planograms and maintenance of floor layouts
• Provide a store fit-out schedule before development commences – keep people informed and safe & time management
• To be the point of contact on-site for assigned projects
• To ensure all store developments are complete to specification, timeline, budget, and the retailer’s satisfaction
• Ensure shop standards and customer service are still to a high standard regardless of the status of store re-fit
• Motivate your teams to perform – share action plan

Requirements of this Revamp Manager :

• Previous experience with store revamps and refits
• Track record of project achievements – time scales and successfulness of a previous project
• Large understanding and knowledge of risk assessment and health and safety to protect colleagues and customers
• Full understanding and experience of the grocery retail industry from wholesale to store
