Forecourt Store Manager – Blanchardstown, Dublin

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume forecourt store in Blanchardstown.

Salary: €50k – €55k plus bonus

The role:

• Full accountability for store performance, sales, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop a large in-store team
• Drive excellence across customer service, availability, and store standards
• Manage labour, stock control, and key operational KPIs
• Analyse performance and implement actions to improve sales and margin
• Ensure full compliance with all health & safety and operational standards
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in a competitive retail market

The candidate:

• Proven Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in high-volume grocery, convenience or forecourts
• Fresh Food experience
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivery and results
• Experience leading and developing large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets clear standards
• Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and customer service excellence
