Store Manager – Fashion

Salary is 30-33K depending on experience. This role offers great working hours with no late nights or Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Lead by example and provide guidance and support to sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of sales associates.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
