Store Manager – Dublin City Centre

Are you an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in your retail career? This is an exciting opportunity to become a Store Manager with a well-established Irish retailer based in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

Our client is looking for an energetic, people-focused leader who can inspire a team, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
• Drive sales and commercial performance
• Ensure the store is fully prepared to trade at all times
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and merchandising standards
• Maintain excellent visual presentation
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager
• Ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded
• Passionate about retail, customer service, and team development
• Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
